TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SCAN&WIN FESTIVE COMPETITION
AVENUE Shopping Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") created the SCAN & WIN platform to reward customers of AVENUE Shopping Center.
Within the framework of this platform, it is organizing a competition from December 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, that is, for twenty-eight (28) consecutive working days, including Saturdays and Sundays 14, 21 & 28/12. Entries close on December 31, 2025, at 12:00 midnight exactly. The prizes/gifts of the competition are as follows:
The Grand Winner will win: 1 A trip for 4 people to London to take place in the 1st quarter of 2026.
This will include: • Air tickets with 8kg hand luggage, 4 people. • Transfers from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport on the day of return for four people. • Accommodation in a very good 4-star hotel of the choice of the collaborating travel agency TAXIDEVO.GR together with the winner, for four people for 3 nights. If the number of people is more than 4, the cost for the extra person/people must be paid.

Description of the competition mechanism: Any interested party who wishes to participate in the action can register on the electronic platform called SCAN & WIN, created by the AVENUE Shopping Center. Specifically, the interested party, if they wish, can register on the platform by scanning with their smart phone, the QR CODE located in various parts of the Shopping Center (posters, banners) but also on the website https://avenuemall.gr/el/my_avenue/guest/ . Then, following the simple instructions, they can scan the QR CODE of each purchase receipt they make at AVENUE stores and collect points (1 € = 1 point).
If someone does not have a smart phone, they can perform the same process on a computer or tablet. If someone is unable to scan the QR code of the receipts, they can alternatively enter their receipt details by manual registration. Attention!
Any receipt that is entered in both ways is canceled. Purchase receipts are accepted by all stores of the AVENUE Shopping Center, as long as their date is within the specified time period, i.e. from December 1 to 31, 2025.
Entries are completed on December 31, 2025, at 12:00 midnight exactly.
ATTENTION: All purchase receipts must be kept until the date of the draw to be shown by the winners, otherwise the prizes will be given to runners-up in order of extraction.
All entries will participate in an electronic draw that will be held using the unbiased method pickerwheel.com on January 7, 2025, online, under the responsibility of the Athens notary public Mrs. Garyfallia Pikoula. Each winner will be able to participate with all their purchase receipts made during the above period from any store of the Shopping Center and can win more than one prize.
COMPETITION TERMS
THE BIG WINNER who will win the trip to London will be drawn from among the participants who, during the period from 1st to 31st December 2025 (at 20:00, closing time of the Shopping Center stores), will have made total purchases, from the Shopping Center stores, equal to or greater than the value of 200€ declared from the same mobile phone.
After the BIG WINNER is drawn, the rest participants of this category will participate in the draw for the remaining prizes. Those who have made purchases from the stores of the Shopping Center, with a total value of up to €199 will participate in the draw for the remaining prizes. Employees and owners of the stores housed in the AVENUE shopping center, the notary and his staff, their spouses and their relatives up to the first degree, employees of the collaborating - sponsoring travel agency TAXIDEVO.GR as well as employees of AVENUE MANAGEMENT I.K.E. and TROPAIA SYMMETHOCHIKI S.A.E. are prohibited from participating in the competition. All those who reside in Greece permanently and legally, have reached the age of 18 and follow the procedure described herein are eligible to participate in the draw. AVENUE Shopping Center reserves the right to change the terms of the promotional action or withdraw it at any time. In this case, a relevant announcement will be posted at the reception of the Shopping Center and on the website www.avenuemall.gr . The participants' details will be kept in a database, with the sole purpose of informing about future promotional actions. The data is maintained based on Law 2472/1997 on the "protection of individuals from the processing of personal data". Participants retain all rights arising from the aforementioned law and in particular the rights of articles 11 (right to information), 12 (right of access), 13 (right to object). The Courts of Athens are responsible for any dispute that may arise from the conduct of the Competition. Participation in the Competition means the unconditional acceptance of the above terms of participation and the regulations of the promotional action. and implies the subsequent waiver of any relevant claim or requirement against the organizing company.
