TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE AUTUMN SCAN&WIN COMPETITION
AVENUE Shopping Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") has created a SCAN & WIN platform to reward customers of AVENUE Shopping Center.
Within the framework of this platform, AVENUE is organizing a competition from September 1 to September 30, 2026, that is, for twenty-six (26) consecutive working days, including Saturdays. Entries close on September 30, 2026, at 12:00 midnight exactly.
The mechanism demands that for every €30 of purchases, from one or more stores, customers receive one entry into the draw.
The following are defined as gifts/prizes of the competition:
1. A set of children's room furniture consisting of a raised bed, office chair, desk, mattress, pillow, chest of drawers, cupboard, and armchair offered by Go Kids
2. Isothermal backpack, baby water bottle, isothermal lunch bag. Total value €56.97. (The baby bottle is from 4 years old an on), offered by Orchestra store
3. Two (2) FILA gift certificates, worth €30 each, offered by the FILA store
Description of the competition mechanism:
Any interested party who wishes to participate in the action can register on the electronic platform called SCAN & WIN, created by AVENUE Mall. Specifically, the interested party can register on the platform by scanning with their smart phone the QR CODE located in various parts of the Shopping Center (posters, banners) and on the website https://avenuemall.gr/el/my_avenue/guest/ .
Then, following the simple instructions, they can scan the QR CODE of each purchase receipt they make at AVENUE stores and collect points. Alternatively, they can enter their receipt details by manual registration.
Attention!
Each receipt is entered only in one way (by scanning or by hand) and only once and must be kept until the draw.
If a receipt is entered in both ways, it is canceled.
All purchase receipts must be kept until the date of the draw to be shown by the winners.
If a winner is drawn and does not have the receipt with which they won, to show it, they will not receive the prize they won and the prize will be passed on to the runners-up in order of extraction.
Up to 2 receipts / per day / per store will be accepted. If more than one are found from the same store, during the final count, they will be deleted.
The rounding of the amounts of the receipts will be done as follows:
With purchases of 29.99 euros = 0 entries,
From 30–59.99 euros = 1 entry,
From 60–89.99 euros = 2 entries and so on.
The customer will be able to see online how many € of purchases they have accumulated, whenever they want. The identification point of each participant is the mobile phone they have registered for this reason and it is recommended that each participant register the same mobile phone number for each receipt registration.
At the time of registering receipts, they will receive a promotional message like: “Bravo! You have €25. Make another €5 purchase to get your first entry!”
If someone does not have a smart phone, they can perform the same process on a computer or tablet.
The first step in the registration process for the contest is for the participant to register his/her mobile phone, on which they will receive a confirmation message, in order to continue. In order for all receipts to be added, the same mobile phone number must be registered for each registration.
Purchase receipts are accepted by all stores of AVENUE Mall, as long as their date is within the specified time period, i.e. from September 1 to September 30, 2026, i.e. for twenty-six (26) consecutive business days. Entries close on September 30, 2026, at 12:00 midnight.
All entries will be entered into an electronic draw that will be held using the secure method pickerwheel.com on October 2, 2026, online, under the responsibility of the Athens Notary Public, Mr. Charalambos Stassinopoulos.
Each winner will be able to participate with all their purchase receipts made during the above period, from any store in the Shopping Center and can only win one prize.
CONTEST TERMS
The employees and owners of the stores housed in AVENUE Mall, the collaborating teams (cleaning, security, etc.), the notary and the office staff, their spouses and their relatives up to the first degree, as well as the employees of AVENUE MANAGEMENT I.K.E. are prohibited from participating in the competition. All those who reside in Greece permanently and legally, have reached the age of 18 and follow the procedure described herein are eligible to participate in the draw.
AVENUE Mall reserves the right to change the terms of the promotional action or withdraw it at any time. In this case, a relevant announcement will be posted at the reception of the Mall and on the website www.avenuemall.gr.
The participants' details will be kept in a database, with the sole purpose of informing about its future promotional actions. The data is maintained based on Law 2472/1997 on the "protection of individuals from the processing of personal data". Participants retain all rights arising from the aforementioned law and in particular the rights of articles 11 (right to information), 12 (right of access), 13 (right to object).
The Courts of Athens are responsible for any dispute that may arise from the conduct of the Competition.
Participation in the Competition means the unconditional acceptance of the above terms of participation and the regulations of the promotional action. and implies the subsequent waiver of any relevant claim or requirement against the organizing company.
